A team building experience for organizations that builds awareness, communication skills, and cultural competence, in a game format.
In two hour or half day facilitated or moderated sessions, participants explore the nuances of privilege, power dynamics, personal experience, and the impacts resulting from oppression. By encouraging participants to look at their own experiences, Your Privilege Is Showing LIVE! connects with their humanity and promotes the authenticity crucial to having meaningful dialogue about the ways in which we both participate in and endure marginalization.
As this is an adaptive learning process and experience, this option is ideal for ongoing training. These are skill development sessions and continued practice is necessary and encourage for consistent growth and change.

Forging Facilitators Program
Training leaders to lead across difference. Want to keep your training in-house? Want to use this model in your own coaching work? We can train and certify your team as Your Privilege Is Showing Facilitators. It’s a three day intensive training for up to 6 potential facilitators and comes with a one year license.
Organizations looking to run multiple game sessions for one set of people or many, will find it far more cost effective to have in-house facilitators trained and certified by the Your Privilege Is Showing creator rather than having us travel to you to facilitate each game session.
